Who’s it for – This 8-hour entry-level boot camp wine class is geared towards bartenders and servers looking for a short but comprehensive course on wine knowledge and service, without blowing their minds on wine history and tradition.
What You’ll Learn:
- Knowledge of the popular wine varietals (red, white, rose) served in bars & restaurants.
- Aperitif and dessert wines.
- Reading a wine label.
- Wine tasting & food pairing.
- Wine Service & storage.
Prerequisite: Must be 21 or over.
Schedule: Split into two 4-hour sessions.
Due to covid and masking. Wine classes will not start until the summer of 2022.
