Who’s it for – This 8-hour entry-level boot camp wine class is geared towards bartenders and servers looking for a short but comprehensive course on wine knowledge and service, without blowing their minds on wine history and tradition.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Knowledge of the popular wine varietals (red, white, rose) served in bars & restaurants.
  • Aperitif and dessert wines.
  • Reading a wine label.
  • Wine tasting & food pairing.
  • Wine Service & storage.

Prerequisite: Must be 21 or over.

Schedule: Split into two 4-hour sessions.
