Bar & Restaurant Wine Service

Who’s it for – This course is a short but comprehensive boot camp course on basic wine knowledge and service. This 8-hour (2 evenings) entry-level wine course is geared toward the bar and restaurant staff (and wine drinkers) that have little, or no prior knowledge of wine.

What You Will Learn:

  • Knowledge of the popular wine varietals.
  • Still, sparkling, aperitif, and dessert wines.
  • Reading a wine label.
  • Wine tasting & food pairing.
  • Wine Service/Storage.

Prerequisite: Must be 21 or over.
