I HEARD THERE IS A SPEED TEST TO GRADUATE?

     YES! Our students must make twenty drinks under six minutes to graduate. The student must make all drinks using the correct measurements (no over/under pouring), correct glassware and garnish. However, we are not just looking at speed. Confidence, style and being cool under pressure is very important. But don't worry we will get you through it, and remember our students can take the course and test over as mant times as they want and NEVER pay another dime.

     Personality, knowledge, confidence and efficiency behind the bar are attributes that the manager/owner is looking for in a bartender. The bar manager will ALWAYS try an applicant behind the bar before hiring, regardless of experience. So no matter how many interviews a graduate goes on, if he does not have the knowledge, the right training, and the confidence that goes with it, then he will not last 10 minutes! Don't expect to work on a busy night if you cannot handle the crowd; owners want bartenders that can make money for them. If they make money; you make money!

CAN I TAKE THE TEST AGAIN?

     Because of our unique training most of our students pass the first time. However; our students can take the test over as many times as they wish. In fact our students can take the course over (start to finish) as many times as they wish; be it the following week, or 10 years down the road and it will NEVER cost them another dime! We will even schedule a one-on-one with an instructor if any of our students are having a problem - at no additional fee!
