A bartending certification (diploma) is what a bartender receives after completing a bartending/mixology course at a state licensed bartending school, after passing the test requirements of that particular bartending school. Unfortunately many make the mistake of thinking that as long as they get the certificate they will be able to find work! Certification without the necessary training is like a rowing a boat without a paddle!
All school are not the same, in fact quite often the certificate means very little when seeking a bartending job! The TRAINING on the other hand means EVERYTHING!
