BARTENDING 20 HOUR CERTIFICATION
The 20 Hour Course is popular with bartenders looking to get back behind the sticks, and are in need of a quick refresher, or certification. Also great for servers, catering staff and stewards that are already familiar with wine, beer and customer service, pos registers, and the opening/closing procedures of a bar.
Although only 20 hours, this course is more comprehensive than many 40 hour courses. Having 3 working bar classrooms each with their own instructor and a total of 46 complete wet-bar cocktail stations, combined with not mixing classes of different levels, enables the New York Bartending School to provide a more comprehensive curriculum and more behind the bar practice time and instructor attention.
